At Optics 1, we stand by the quality of our eyewear. If a manufacturing defect arises within one year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace your product at no charge.
1. Warranty Coverage
- Duration: 12 months from purchase date
- Covered Defects:
- Faulty hinges
- Frame misalignment
- Coating imperfections
- Prescription lenses with errors in the manufacturing process
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:
- Misuse or improper handling
- Accidents or impact
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
3. Refund Option
If you’d prefer a refund instead of repair or replacement:
- Submit a refund request to our Customer Support team (details below).
- Provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect.
- Upon approval, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.
- Once we’ve inspected the returned product, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
