This policy applies to Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta AI glasses purchased from Optics 1.

Delivery

Orders are shipped within New Zealand for a flat rate of NZ$5. Estimated delivery is 2–4 weeks from dispatch. Tracking details are emailed once your order has shipped.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unopened, sealed and in its original resalable condition. Once the seal has been broken or the glasses used, Meta smart glasses cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. Custom prescription or personalised lens orders are non-returnable unless faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Misdescribed Products

This policy does not limit your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Contact Optics 1 if an item is faulty, incorrectly supplied or does not match its description. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

Return Method, Costs and Refunds

Contact Optics 1 with your order number and reason before returning an item. Approved returns may be made in person at an Optics 1 Auckland branch or by tracked post to the return address provided. For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping and original delivery charges are non-refundable. For faulty, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed items, Optics 1 will cover reasonable return costs. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection.
