If you are not absolutely satisfied with your glasses, simply contact our helpful Customer Service Team via our email and we will assist you with an exchange or a return for refund within 14 days of delivery.

Glasses and sunglasses must be in new unworn condition and returned in their complementary cases. 

We do not accept requests for returns/refunds for a change of mind.


If you experience a manufacturing defect within 6 months of delivery, contact our Customer Service Team via our email for a possible one-time replacement.

Warranty claims will first be under review. Upon assessing the photo(s) you provide, any glasses or sunglasses deemed defective may be returned for a one-time replacement. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Wear and tear of everyday use

Sudden force or impact

Accidental damage of, including but not limited to: lens scratches, loose hinges, missing screws, broken frames, detached temple tips or detached nose pads.
